"They gave me a quote for auto, home and umbrella. In total they were the lowest of five quotes, then when I wanted to give them the business, they said there was a problem in providing the umbrella due to a minor traffic ticket within the last 5 years. I thought this was odd because it did not affect the auto quote. Their auto quote was much lower than the other 5 quotes and I even called to verify. They told me it was correct. I think they made up the problem with the umbrella because of them making an error on auto. Very disappointed with this agency and State Farm"

While a minor traffic ticket may not impact your auto quote eligibility, it can affect umbrella policy availability based on State Farm’s underwriting rules. I assure you this is not a matter of error or misrepresentation but instead my team accurately applying State Farm’s underwriting rules to your response to the questions on the umbrella insurance application. We made efforts to explore alternative options for your liability coverage, but unfortunately, it became difficult to continue the conversation productively amidst the profanity you used during the interaction.
