"I am giving one star due to the amount of time I wasted with this insurance company. After weeks of sending documents, talking with the agent, taking requested pictures, etc., the company declined to cover our two rental properties. The reason—we had a sewer line break in our current home and a sump pump issue when we moved in. It was explained that policies are often declined when water or fire is involved….. After weeks of discussion, etc., it is incredibly frustrating to hear that our condos were denied—not our home which had the actual “water” issues, but the rentals. So, it sounds like if you have never had an issue, and they don’t see you as any sort of financial risk, you are a good client, but any potential risk is denied (whether or not the property is involved). Either way, I withdrew all business from this company."

It has NEVER seemed like "Geez, will the questions never stop from this guy?" Stacy especially is friendly and personable whenever she has helped us.
