"I have been a customer of Brian’s since he took over the business. I have had outstanding customer service from his agency that whole time. Recently I traded a car. "My apartment complex had changed the insurance requirements and failed to notify the tenants ahead of time. I needed to contact the agent to get this resolved and Stacy answered the phone. I was frustrated with the complex but Stacy calmed me down, we had a laugh and she solved my problem within minutes. She even sent me an email to let me know the form I needed had been sent to my email address!!!!!!!!!!!
Service like this is rare! Mr. Davis's office has a gem in Stacy!"
